Job Description

By continuously monitoring and investigating customer feedback through both proactive and passive methods Cardinal Health is able to confirm the safety and efficacy of our medical devices and that customer requirements have been satisfied while at the same time ensuring our primary goal of patient safety.



  • Works as member of the Post Market Surveillance/Risk Management team to receive, code, investigate, document and respond to field complaints. 
  • Provides clinical expert knowledge to Cordis employees in Quality, Sales & Marketing, Regulatory and Engineering departments. 
  • Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing data, interpret and make conclusions from the information, and communicate the information internally and externally to improve patient outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Helps to collect, review and interpret experience gained from devices on the market in order to compete a risk assessment.
  • Identifies hazards involved with the use, design and manufacture of medical devices estimating and evaluating any associated risks and using the risk analysis process to take steps to control or eliminate these risks

Job Requirements

  • BSN or equivalent, Master’s degree preferred (non-Nursing acceptable)
  • 3+ years of hospital/clinical experience in cardiovascular/endovascular interventions. or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prefer experience in either clinical specialist, clinical education, quality improvement, or administration related to interventional radiology/cardiology
  • 2 + years Complaint Handling experience preferred
  • Risk Management experience preferred
  • Post Market Surveillance experience preferred
  • Project Management experience preferred
  • People leadership experience preferred
